Designs all graphic elements for websites and interactive media required at the marketing level. Generates concept, design and layout of projects in conjunction with the Interactive Media Sr. Manager, for all campaigns, using a combination of typographic, creative and aesthetic skills using web production software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create and implement Online layouts as formatted by the Interactive Media Sr. Manager. Work in collaboration with producers and other designers to create all web destinations websites, banners, flash animations, etc. Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other web design effects are a must.

2. Provide creative input and assistance to the interactive media staff to deliver an engaging and high quality product.

3. Maintain the integrity of each project, monitor and maintain appropriate technical criteria, ensuring it meets established quality standards.

4. Transfer all interactive media files to all FTP servers and webservers, and vendors.

5. Support webmaster in encoding, program, and development of websites and interactive destinations.

Minimum Skills Required

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years experience in graphic design in corporate or advertising environment.
3. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Must have strong design skills, excellent typographic abilities, good eye for composition, and be able to perform within tight deadlines.
5. Candidate must demonstrate experience in design and programming details.
6. Strong communication skills a must.
7. Fluent bilingual skills in English/Spanish.

Desirable Skills (+)

1. Expertise in graphic formats. Strength in working in the unsupervised preparation and organization of material in a variety of formats for multiple channels.
2. Portuguese a plus.
