Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for program.<br />
Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.<br />
Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum growth plans.<br />
Monitors progress of program requirements. <br />
Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met. <br />
Prepares project control/financial analysis reports and distributes to customer/user organization.<br />
Develop complex cost and pricing models.Develop proposal cost volumes, support proposal audits (pre and post award), and assist with contract negotiations.<br />
Conducts complex financial analysis (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.).<br />
Performs non-routine analysis and prepares non-routine financial reports. <br />
Liaison between operations and other support organizations on financial issues. <br />
Interfaces with subcontracts, and customers and performs extensive investigations as required. <br />
May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. <br />

Job Requirements <br />
<br />
BA in Finance/Accounting and a minimum of 7 years experience in financial planning and control in a government contracting and manufacturing environment. <br />
Experience in costing and pricing complex manufactured products for military contracts.<br />
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems and Reporting is desired but not required.<br />
Knowledge of Government Cost accounting principals and <span class="caps">FAR</span>.<br />
Must be a reliable self-starter and team player with good oral and written communication skills, and capable of working with various functional organizations to coordinate inputs and information.<br />
Current expertise in: 1) MS Office Suite (Advanced MS Excel required), 2) MS Project/or Fast Track desirable. <br />
This position requires you have access to data and technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (<span class="caps">ITAR</span>).</p><br />
