Five Star Jewelers is growing tremendously and we want YOU to grow with us. We are seeking a well-qualified, knowledgable and experienced Fine Jewelry Sales/Store Manager.

*Summary of duties:
-Manage store operations as a whole.
-Daily inventory
-Assign store employees schedules
-Staff training
-Maintain office efficiency by planning & implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement.
-Directly supervise all store employees.
-Reviewing & analyzing reports and summarizing information
-Monitor & report Closing Ratio Average (CRA)
-Manage inventory transfers to other stores.
-Monitor & track monthly objective goals in sales/repairs buy resale of merchandise.
-Attend industry specific seminars/workshops, professional societies, establishing personal networks, reviewing professional publications and attend shows.
