Work directly with all levels of management within the business units of to assist in the development and support of current and future business planning needs
Understand the merchandise planning process and systems requests and be able to translate that into both process and systems solutions
Develop and deliver user training and support to the various business users
Manage and prioritize the workload of CPS/PPCR support and enhancement requests
Supervise the Merchandise Planning Systems team providing business/ technical guidance, timely feedback, and mentorship to the group
Successful resolution of reported problems
Partner with IS Business Intelligence leader to manage all interfaces and batch processes between CPS and Business Intelligence environments.
Partner with IS leaders on projects that interface to CPS/PPCR
Provide on call support as required

Provide operational support for CPS and PPCR
Manage incoming demand (projects, enhancements, break fix) through
defined project management processes and tools.
Work with business partners to understand their planning issues and offer suggested solutions that could be process or systems related

Develop good working relationships with Business and IS partners
Analyze team workload and develop more efficient processes and/or technology solutions to streamline maintenance activities
Multi-task and manage projects and productions support successfully

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven ability to partner with business teams

Experience managing projects and production support

Bachelor’s degree in IS or a related field
10+ years systems development experience (systems life cycle management)
5+ years managing a team
5 + years planning systems experience (either implementing or managing)
Strong project management and business process experience
