<p> Duration 6 - 7 Months Possible Extension</p><p> Job description Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with Customer Service, Operations, Planning, QC, and Regulatory as required). Provides general administrative support when preparing for meetings. Perform other related duties as assigned, including managing messenger/fed ex/ reports as requested. Coordinates samples and documentation for customers, including safety and regulatory documents. Follows-up on customers and Sales Team requests. Maintain multiple databases and other systems, including SAP, to drive operational timelines and production. Manage all commercial data (MDM requests, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio). File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts, agreements, price quotes. Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, innovative follow up and problem solving techniques. Build and maintain good working relationship with clients ( marketing, operations and R&D)</p><p> Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelors Degree At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred. Possess the highest level organization skills. Knowledge and expertise in operating systems preferred, including SAP. Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS office suite (especially Excel Vlookup and Pivot tables). Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with team members and clients. Resourceful, reliable, independent, innovative, multi-tasker who sees tasks and projects through to completion. Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast moving environment.</p>
