<p> Our client is seeking a go to experienced IT Recruiter to join their team Have you worked with billable hours in a consulting environment? Must have direct experience supporting the staffing efforts of Government Contractors or Consulting Firms. Experience recruiting cleared candidates is highly valued.</p><p> The candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience with EEO requirements and Affirmative Action policies.</p><p> Ability to post, track, and report according to these time requirements.</p><p> Absolute willingness to do the required data entry to maintain the Applicant Tracking System and SharePoint EEO and Affirmative Action compliance that is a necessary, yet vitally important aspect of this role.</p><p> Proven ability to successfully review job descriptions, identify, source, and uncover candidates from various sources. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentation.</p><p> First-hand experience in a billable hours setting such as: legal, consulting, or CPA firm, et al., is highly desired. Strong computer skills - Internet, MS Office, SharePoint, Monster, Dice and applicant tracking systems</p><p> Must be able to drive issues to completion and have a proven track record of success.</p><p> Maintaining an active pipeline of passive and active candidates.</p><p> Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly.</p><p> An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence</p><p> Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible</p><p> Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system</p><p> Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required</p><p> Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communities</p><p> Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions</p><p> Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.</p><p> Submit your resume today for immediate consideration.</p>
