<p> Real Estate firm located in Westchester County iscurrently seeking a Property Administrator/Administrative Assistant to join their team.</p><p> </p><p> Qualifications include:</p><p> 3+ years administrative experience Experience out of Real Esate, Construction, or related industry preferred. Experience processing vendor and rent invoices Well organized, well-spoken, and has strong time management and organizational skills. Able to communicate with Board Members, Contractors, and Residents in a respectful and professional manner. Extremely detail oriented Ability to multi-task Knowledgable in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable a plus Experience with Yardi or similar software a plus</p><p> Responsibilities include:</p><p> Coordinate meetings, conference calls, special events and travel arrangement Processed vendor and rent invoices for payment Recorded and accounted all payments received from vendors. Drafting correspondence to tenants, suppliers and vendors Manage all outgoing and incoming mailings Overseeing cooperative buildings monthly mortgage payments Reviewing properties attorney bills and back billing charges to residents accordingly Overseeing properties real estate tax payments to appropriate municipalities STAR rebate administration; calculate rebates, liaison with municipalities, assist residents with their STAR applications or issues. Review of properties workers compensation policies, ensuring proper payment, maintaining contractors certificate of insurance, assisting and preparing for workers compensation audits Review of properties disability insurance policiesOrganize and maintain file system for quarterly payroll reports, file annual unemployment insurance rate forms, file workers compensation renewal policies.</p><p> Salary commensurate on experience, listed up to 55,000.
