Experience in high-growth/fast paced environment highly desirable.</p><p> Duties: Partner with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy to attract top talent and to meet hiring deadlines, through pre-interview meetings and post-interview debriefs Perform full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating and extending offers Sourcing and developing a pipeline of active and passive job seekers using networking, professional organizations, the internet, direct sourcing and referrals Manage the review, pre-qualification, and distribution of incoming resumes submitted via Alexion website and other sources Learn to articulate Alexions value proposition and to create one specific to each assigned recruitment project Facilitate the interview process and assessment of talent Partner with HR Business Partners and Compensation to prepare candidate offer packages, negotiate and extend job offers and coordinate on-boarding for newly hired employees. Track progress/metrics and provide regular updates, use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidates, etc. Work with stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience through the entire employment lifecycle.</p><p> Education: Bachelors Degree required with a minimum of 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, either internally or in an executive search setting.</p>
