<p> We currently have a full time permanent position for a Business Development Account Executive with Staffing Agency Sales Experience located in Woodbridge, NJ.</p><p> </p><p> MUST have New Business Development Experience with a track record of success to be considered.</p><p> </p><p> Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions. Must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship.</p><p> </p><p> Description</p><p> We are looking for a sales hunter who enjoys opening up new accounts and building new relationships. Candidate in this role will be selling to client prospects and doing new business development. Candidate will have the flexibility to target and prospect a variety of companies and industries to generate new clients and develop their niches. This will give you the opportunity to build your book of business.</p><p> Previous new business development experience is required.</p><p> -Prospecting and new business development. Generate new clients by marketing talented candidates, networking, cold calling, and consistently prospecting.</p><p> -Develop new client accounts and build a new book of business.</p><p> -Build long term client account relationships.</p><p> -Ability to consistently generate new clients and job openings on a monthly basis.</p><p> -Confident and proficient in prospecting and closing new business on a consistent basis.</p><p> </p><p> We are looking for someone with: -New Business Development and sales experience within the IT or Technical Staffing Industry.</p><p> -Experience developing new accounts from scratch. This is not an account management role where accounts will be given to you. However, you will be able to manage the accounts you bring in and develop. -Ability to hit the ground running and come up with a 30-60-90 Day Plan for targeting and closing new business. -IT or any type of technical recruiting experience. Experience working as a recruiter within the technical recruitment field. -Strong prospecting and phone skills. -Comfortable working in a startup environment. -Able to work independently with little to no supervision.</p><p> If interested, please submit a resume and cover letter indicating your specific sales and new business development experience.</p>
