<p> College based in Westchester is seeking a CFO to join their team.</p><p> </p><p> Qualifications include:</p><p> Masters degree in finance, accounting or business administration</p><p> 15+ years of senior level experience in complex organizations</p><p> Sound judgement and personal and professional integrity</p><p> Experience out of a school highly preferred</p><p> Financial and operational acumen, including fiscally responsible management practices and a track record of fiduciary transparency and accountability</p><p> Superior analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of financial and business modeling</p><p> Significant project management experience, involving program and product development, business process improvements and technological enhancements</p><p> Work well with multiple constituencies</p><p> Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion</p><p> Goal and detail oriented</p><p> Effective at managing multiple priorities</p><p> Working knowledge of computers; Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SCT Banner</p><p> </p><p> ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p> Manage the day-to-day operations of the above-named departments. The CFO will determine appropriate staffing needs of said departments and actively participate in the hiring, training, development, coaching, and evaluation of the various team members. Ensure that appropriate financial and operational policies, procedures and controls are developed and implemented throughout the school. Satisfy financial and management reporting requirements of the College (both internal and external) on an accurate and timely basis. Manage the cash flow of the College, ensuring that outflow demands are satisfied on a timely basis. Prepare cash flow analyses and forecasts, as appropriate, and work with management to address any issues. Oversee the annual budgeting process, both operational and capital, and ensure that the institution adheres to same. Prepare appropriate periodic reporting packages for management and Board to present status, identify positive and negative trends, and develop requisite action plans to address any challenges. Participate as an active member of the PC in the tactical and strategic decision-making process of the school. Assist the PC in developing innovative solutions to financial and other challenges encountered. Assist the PC in the identification, evaluation, selection, development, fund-sourcing and implementation, where applicable, of new program initiatives and revenue streams. Collaborate with the management team to design and implement plans for the development and enhancement of infrastructure (technology, facilities, policies/procedures, staffing and other resources) in support of growth objectives.Ensure that the infrastructure appropriately supports all constituencies of the College. Manage banking, investment, debt, audit and other third party financial relationships. Act as liaison to the Finance and Facilities Committee of the Board of Regents and satisfy reporting needs of said Committee as appropriate. Act as liaison to the Audit Committee of the Board of Regents and satisfy reporting needs of said Committee as appropriate. Ensure that is in compliance with legal, contractual, debt covenant, and other requirements.Coordinate with General Counsel as appropriate. Ensure that Human Resource policies and procedures are in conformity with existing laws and that these policies are clearly communicated to all employees and students. Supervise:</p><p> Business Office staff; Director of Facilities and Campus Services; Director of IT Services; and Salary commensurate on experience, up to 150k.</p><p> Please submit an updated resume in Word format and include your desired salary range.</p>
