The global competitive environment is becoming more difficult which is resulting in a greater emphasis on innovation and a cost-effective approach to achieving market leadership through technological advances.</p><p> Job Description: The Global Process Engineering team is responsible for developing innovative manufacturing processes to support the introduction of new product lines and monitoring, maintaining and improving existing processes to ensure consistently high-quality products. Process development & validation Collaborate with product development to develop and maintain a complete, concise manufacturing product specification Liaise with business stakeholders to develop concise business requirements Develop the manufacturing system design that satisfies the input requirements Decompose MPS and business requirements into functional requirements, working with process engineering functions to develop design requirements Drive Process Risk Analysis to identify all reasonable risks and appropriate mitigations Ensure the seamless integration of systems and subsystems that delivers all input requirements Establish and maintain full traceability of requirements through to process validation activities Drive the determination of whether requirements will be verified or if the process will be validated to ensure the requirements are delivered Define the framework for management of DFM/DFA and project issues Attend and participate in project XFTs as required Create & maintain clear & concise documentation, such as requirements, manufacturing systems architecture, working with process engineering functions to develop process validation protocols & reports, in compliance with the quality system Understand and promote the quality policy, conduct activities in compliance with the quality system Provide frontline engineering support for manufacturing systems as required Communicate routinely, with peers and supervisors, the status of activities, issues and road blocks</p><p> Job Requirement: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronic, Software, Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering, Computer Science Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an engineering or science based role MUST have LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) experience Proficiency in hierarchical systems design and decomposition Proficiency in process validation for medical products Proficiency in risk management for manufacturing processes Achievement oriented.
