<p> Major fashion brand is currently seeking aCommercial Director to join their team.</p><p> Responsibilities:</p> Lead, develop and inspire a Regional sales person/team Overall responsibility for the selection, on boarding, training & development, reward and motivation of sales person/team Set Regional sales strategy (RTW, Acc, Online Key Accounts), aligned with Regional objectives and goals Support regionally dispersed sales representatives to ensure consistency and alignment of sales experience and to establish appropriate pricing by classification Ensure compliance with regional & local laws and policies (personnel; trading; fiscal) Allocate financial and non-financial resources within agreed budgets Review, analyse and feed-back on sales activity (excellence with numbers), demands of the market and customer perception at retail Review product and collection performance and product ranges with each country Input into Idea to Concept process Review competitor landscape, monitor trends in the market and benchmark Confidently articulate market performance, trends as well as current and expected trading performance Forecast outcomes with limited data Trade dynamically in reaction to upside opportunities and downside risks identified Implement Americas commercial strategy by account<p> Support sales person/team in:</p> Building and developing strong relationships with key buyers focusing on key accounts Raising the profile of the brand by maximising PR opportunities with all key accounts Developing and implementing sales policies and programs, pricing, sales strategy and forecasting Developing key accounts, new opportunities and dealer relationships Driving full price sell through and repeat business activities Manage sales forecasting, financial reporting and regularly review to ensure targets are met Ensure sales teams are trained on collections<p> Salary is up to 200K</p>
