<p> The Training Coordinator is responsible for the design and development of AeroTECs company-wide training programs. This position will coordinate with leadership to provide appropriate training methods and activities. This role requires the significant exercise of independent discretion and judgment in matters of significance.</p><p> Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> Design and develop company-wide training programs. Coordinate with leadership and departmental managers to determine training priorities and strategy. Coordinate and schedule appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes) Promote available training to employees and provide necessary information for training sessions. Conduct company-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques. Organize and prepare rooms and facilities with appropriate training materials. Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs Gather feedback from trainers and trainees following each educational session. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Research and recommend new training methods. Incorporate company core values and culture in training strategy.<p> </p><p> Level Requirements:</p><p> Education</p> BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field<p> Experience</p> 5+ years of proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
