If you appreciate strong communication, thrive in a small office environment, and enjoy taking an organized approach to bookkeeping and office management, we want to hear from you!</p><p> Core Competencies: Superior writing, editing and proof reading skills. Develop systems and procedures that create efficiency. Management of CRM, DMS and client billing databases. Research and implementation of new software. Coordinate tax return work flow. Provide service to clients via telephone, email and in person. Motivated, self-starter, with ability to work independently. Organized and extremely detail oriented. Own and manage special projects. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. A/P, A/R and reconciliations. Bachelors degree.</p><p> Qualifications: At least three years office management and general bookkeeping experience. Computer proficiency, including Office 365 and Office Tools WorkSpace. Extensive experience with relational databases. Familiarity with Lacerte and time billing software is a plus. Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a team player mentality. College degree.</p><p> COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Compensation will be based on experience.
