<p> Resourceful HR is seeking a Sr. HR Manager</p><p> Resourceful HR is currently seeking a Sr. HR Manager for one of our clients who happens to be one of Seattles Best Places to Work.</p><p> Summary: The Sr. HR Manager will be responsible for scaling best practices for this rapidly growing start-up. Our clients dedication to their employees is important to them and they want someone that will analyze and design HR programs that will continue to nurture a positive, employee-centric environment. The right candidate for this role will be strategic, metrics driven, extremely organized, possess strong time management skills and be an innovative thinker.</p><p> Qualifications:</p><p> BA/BS degree is strongly preferred but not required. 5 7 years of direct experience in employee relations with experience designing and delivering training programs. 4 years of experience leading or managing HR teams: managing exempt and call center employees a plus. Experience supporting C-level clients. Experience with both software startups and large fast, paced software companies a plus. Experience with labor/employment law with an emphasis on labor and employee relations.</p><p> Resourceful HR is a human resource outsourcing, consulting and staffing solution, providing strategic support to serve our clients specific HR needs.
