Are you interested in working for a provider that is part of an integrated health care network and is growing, expanding and adding new services?<p> </p><p> If you can answer YES to these questions, we hope that you will consider applying for our Behavior Specialist Consultant & Mobile Therapist positions.</p><p> </p><p> One of the regions top providers of behavioral and mental health services is looking for Behavior Specialist Consultants with their BCBA to work with children and their families in Lancaster, Lebanon & Dauphin Counties.</p><p> </p><p> Behavior Specialist Consultant Description</p> Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other behavioral disorders Assess the needs and strengths of the child and his/her family and develop an individualized treatment plan Work closely with families, educators, mobile therapists, support staff, medical professionals, etc. to implement, evaluate and adapt the plan as needed Fosters and maintains communication between patients, families, mental health providers, and school Develops a good knowledge of community resources, an understanding of patient and family resource needs and assist families in accessing these resources as needed. Provide assistance to patients and families in the development of a discharge plan. Observe Therapeutic Support Staff and provide feedback Serves as a consultant to the BHRS team, including the mobile therapist and the therapeutic staff support worker.<p> Requirements</p> Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or closely related field Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral disorders, therapeutic techniques and behavioral management planning Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, assess and interpret behavioral data Excellent organization & time management skills Reliable transportation to travel to the homes and schools of clients. Reasonably clean driving record for the past three years.<p> Positions Available</p><p> Looking for Behavior Specialist Consultants / Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Lancaster, Lebanon & Dauphin Counties.</p><p> </p><p> Salary & Benefits</p> Competitive pay $43,500+ DOE Bonus Opportunity: $4,000-$8,000 Health & Dental plans Retirement benefits (employer matching program) Disability insurance PTO Full benefits package available to licensed staff.
