The individual will be responsible for conducting user research, usability testing and UI design as they develop new applications, features and enhance legacy applications.</p><p> Coordinates with Usability Leads, Project Teams and other related staff to develop and implement usability research and testing objectives during a projects lifecycle. Gathers and analyzes competitive intelligence. Able to conduct end user research and interviews. Applies experienced personal knowledge, skill sets, and gathered user research data to create user interfaces and other user interactions through the implementation of information designs, user workflows, wireframes, and prototypes that facilitate the usability and business project development. Coordinates work with the project team to advocate user centered design principles and help document business requirements. Applies skills as a usability facilitator and observer during research and testing phases of a project and reports findings to both Project Teams and Management. Contributes to the research for new opportunities and techniques for both usability best practices and engagement within the organization. Validates applications / websites match the expected design by adhering to usability guidelines.</p><p> B.A. degree in graphic design, Psychology or Human Factors from AIGA accredited school or equivalent experience.</p>
