Senior HR Generalist Jobs

Our client is seeking a skilled Director of Human Resources to oversee all aspect of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. More than anything, this position is serving as "Chief Culture Office" where we are looking for a motivated individual to help lead the 44 year culture of the organization.

•Developing and implication HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing issues between employees and management.
•Manage the recruitment and selection process
•Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
•Nurture a positive working environment
•Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
•Maintain pay plan and benefits program
•Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs
•Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
•Do all reporting of Department of Labor information
•Administration of all employee benefits
•Administration of payroll process

•Must have 10 years' experience in Human Resources with five years' experience as Director of Human Resources.
•People oriented and results driven
•Must be knowledge of HR systems and databases
•Must have experience in processing payroll
•Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
•Must have in-depth knowledge of labor lad and HR best practices
•Must have excellent knowledge of EEOC requirements
•Must have BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
