<p> Manufacturing Supply Chain Optimization Director Global Industrial Organization Relocation Assistance Provided Outstanding Compensation Package</p><p> The Director, Supply Chain, will be responsible for company-wide supply chain, ensuring production quality, process efficiency, and timely delivery. The director will work with all internal and external stakeholders to create or improve processes and efficiencies to the benefit of productivity and companys profitability.</p><p> RESPONSIBILITIES Manage global supply chain network with multiple distribution centers, manufacturing locations, and lead transformation of current business model to a supply chain partnering with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve maximum efficiencies Identify and implement best in class supply chain technology including MRP, DRP, forecasting, etc. suitable to the scope and size of the business, including implementation of such technology at a detailed level Implement best practices across all supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, execution, order management, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Ability to maintain business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Develop, implement, set and meet targets for key performance indicators at a line, manager, and executive level, to include forecast accuracy, capacity utilization/efficiency, schedule adherence, lead times, inventory turns, in-stock performance/on-time delivery, excess/obsolete inventory, etc. Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve suppoy and manufacturing costs.</p><p> REQUIREMENTS 10 or more years of supply chain management experience in progressively senior positions, operations experience an asset. A minimum of a BS/BA degree in SC or related area, MBA or MS in Supply Chain a plus Experience with global expansion particularly into China and northern Europe Proven leadership and effective communication at all levels. Change and risk management experience. Experience in multiple supply chain/processes, methodologies and technologies such as ERP, MRP, JIT, S&OP, Lean, and Six Sigma.</p><p> For immediate consideration, please email your resume and cover letter/email.</p>
