Serve as customer advocate, facilitate communication and collaboration, and share ideas to help create successful websites and digital experiences.

In this role, your main responsibility is to take ownership of client satisfaction by identifying client needs, and working with the team to create solutions that meet them. By setting appropriate client expectations, and through diligent organization and communication, you will ensure that projects are completed successfully. You support clients by serving as a reliable go-to point of contact. You support the project team by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and removing barriers to progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage communication across the entire project team, both Plaudit and client team members.
  • Work closely with clients to set clear and achievable expectations.
  • Work with the team to establish project strategy and direction.
  • Provide valuable insight about client needs and their digital marketing initiatives.
  • Complete various project and account management responsibilities (e.g. prepare project contracts).
  • Help ensure Plaudit’s processes and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients — this includes proactively identifying and pitching valuable ideas to clients.
  • Provide support to new business sales staff — this includes attending meetings, consulting on solutions to incorporate into proposals, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
  • Working knowledge of UX, digital marketing, and user-centered/goal-oriented design practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Capable of working concurrently with multiple clients and projects
