Reporting to a Vice President of Human Resources, the successful candidate will plan, lead and administers all phases of compensation, benefits, and HRIS activities by performing the following duties personally, through Plant HR Managers, or through subordinates for NA Operations.</p><p> Responsibilities:</p> Develops effective compensation programs, variable plan design, pay decisions, job evaluations, guidelines and procedures Recommends plan revisions as well as new plan designs which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives Provides guidance to executives, management and Talent Acquisition team on compensation matters Ensures pay practices are aligned with the company strategy by participating in annual and ad hoc salary surveys Interprets the data from surveys and make recommendations based on findings Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization, and to ensure market competitiveness Analyzes market and internal data and prepare reports and recommendations to management based on research Oversees the plan administration of all employee benefits programs (US, Canada & Mexico) such as medical, dental, vision, prescription, heath savings, retirement, life, disability, financial, wellness, employee assistance, leaves of absence, time off, service awards, education assistance and other ancillary plans Administers Executive Deferred Compensation Plan & Administers frozen Pension Plan Ensures compliance with ERISA and other applicable laws Processes benefit enrollments, changes and terminations<p> Requirements:</p> Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Human Resources Management Advanced degree or certification (PHR/SPHR, CEBS/CCP) preferred Minimum 5 years of Benefits/Compensation design and administration<p> Total Compensation</p> $100,000 - 125,000
