<p> Position: HR Data Analytics Specialist - Scottrade Integration Location: Omaha, NE Job Duties and Description:</p><p> It's critical that we have a candidate that has HCM data understanding as well as strong SQL, data modeling and analytical skills. We are looking for someone who can see the big picture and requires little direction. It would also be great if this candidate has Business Objects experience</p><p> The ideal candidate would have the ability to: Understand HR and how it fits into the larger Organization, understanding how we support managers and the business, being able to put themselves in a Manager or HR Business partners shoes and pull appropriate data. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience bringing legacy data into a data warehouse for future report needs Question and escalate data integrity concerns; Assess impact; Propose solutions. Strategically modify existing reports as well as create new reports that will be useful to Key Leadership as well as the broader HR community.</p><p> Key Skills: Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, (Business Objects etc) databases SQL Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Experience with project management Experience with acquisitions, mergers, and bringing in disparate data sets together Experience with history/data conversions Experience / Knowledge of HR data and processes and lifecycles</p><p> Nice to have: PeopleSoft Experience Visualization Experience (Visier, Tableau, Zeroed In, etc)</p>
