<p> Customer Care Representative</p><p> MISSION:</p><p> The CCR acts as the primary inside contact for Distributors, agency Representatives, Regional Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and End Users. The CCR receives, processes and resolves all incoming inquiries, orders, complaints, problems, requests for product information, samples and literature, and return information. Is expected to have extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations within a prescribed geographic territory; can handle exceptions, deviations, issuance of RGAs, chargeback research and other special requirements. Possesses minimum level of technical knowledge regarding CRCs products and their applications.</p><p> REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Two to five years of experience in a related (non-retail) Customer Service function required Education: Bachelors degree in business or technical (chemical) field preferred or commensurate work experience Skills:</p><p> Ability to multitask Experience in selling and negotiating a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Computer literacy in data entry and word processing required Extremely detail oriented</p><p> DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p> Receive, review and edit purchase orders received by telephone, email, fax, or EDI. Ensure proper pricing for all accounts within the assigned geographical territory - (back-up for other territories). Provide timely and accurate data entry of all purchase orders into computerized system. Process all RGA, reships, credit / debit memos and deductions on a timely basis. Sort, copy, distribute and file paperwork as appropriate. Respond to customer inquiries via fax, telephone, mail or e-mail. Maintain Customer Service files including purchase order files, deviation binders and learning aid sheets (aka cheat sheets). Accept and process requests for literature, product samples, and/or SDS documents. Authorize requests for returned goods, credits/debits and deductions and enter into computerized system. Relay product availability and delivery information to customers. Provide distributor identification and locations for end users. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries; resolve customer complaints or problems, product applications. Suggestively sell marketing programs and promotions in coordination with marketing staff. Increase orders when possible. Work with shipping department to track and expedite orders. Work with finance and sales departments to resolve billing, credit and collections issues not limited to but including RGA issuance, reship processing and credit memo generation.
