<p> Growing company is looking for a dynamic project manager to integrate into a vibrant culture that is poised for rapid growth.</p><p> Summary:</p><p> Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the deadline while keeping within budget and upholding the companys quality reputation and ensure 100% client satisfaction. Manage 4-9 projects at one time, ranging from $400K to $5m.</p><p> Coordinate the day-to-day activities of projects, dealing with sub-contractors, other team members, clients, owners and suppliers. Plan each project deliverables and identify possible pit-falls and work to minimize the risk to our company and the client.</p><p> Thrive in dynamic workforce relationships between coworkers, subcontractors, fabrication shops and contractors.</p><p> </p><p> Job Description:</p> Create detailed project schedule for each individual project with items listed Prepare SOV/Billing Schedule for client and Accounting Department Manage Fast-Track Mockups Drafting/Fab/Installation as required by contract Prepare and issue project package to drafting firm(s) Prepare and issue drawings/quantities for initial lead time and pricing of sub-contracted manufacturing Prepare and issue project package for engineering firm Review and track project item costing as per project budget Schedule and Prepare Meeting with Client/Architect for Submittal Comments Review Work with engineer to obtain initial approval on design Work with draftsman to ensure design intent/budget/installation purpose/constructability is taken into account Visit construction site with supervisor and installers prior to start onsite. Verify staging plan and access, as well as safety. Review submittal drawings with Operations Manager Design Manager. Update project schedule with new hours/items from approved change orders Update project schedule as required with any changes/notes/discussions etc. Work with Operations Manager to schedule final installation and coordinate with Installation Supervisor to ensure project install is planned and prepared Prepare and issue work orders to Production Manager in accordance with schedule Communicate schedule/design/installation/etc. to client through project lifecycle professionally Ensure project quality control with Ops Manager & Safety with Installation Supervisor Strategize and identify safety requirements with Installation Supervisor Maintain and Monitor Submittal and Transmittal Log Manage and schedule punch-list work with Ops Manager Coordinate with Sales Department for approval and pricing of change orders Manage Billings and Invoicing Payments from Client.<p> Travel: Typically 4-7 days each month</p><p> Qualifications:</p> 5+ years of experience in commercial construction management. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP. Excellent computer skills Proficient in Scheduling software, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints. A demonstrated commitment to high professional proactive work ethic with ethical standards. The ability to delegate responsibilities effectively. Ability to execute multiple project management efforts Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.<p> Pay & Benefits:</p> Salary: $80k-115k DOE Health Insurance Car Allowance Paid Vacation
