The Technical Recruiter will partner with the Technical Account Executive in order to best deliver solutions to the clients. This is the technical recruiters profile description.</p><p> The areas of responsibilities/skills for the Technical Recruiter include:</p><p> Review. Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions thatll help you identify the right candidate(s). Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills. Identify. Sourcing and uncovering candidates Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description Build a proactive list of potential candidates: Identify candidates that may qualify for future or recurring opportunities for both temporary, contracts or direct hire positions. Interview. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or via skype to assess their qualifications Following up. Keep your candidates in the loop of existing opportunities or to speak with them in order to understand their current job search to foster long-term relationships with candidates Present. Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider Generate leads: Identify new job opportunities via the conversations with vetted or un vetted candidates. Administrative duties: such as format resumes meeting client expectations, research new technologies and assist clients or Account Executives to create detailed job descriptions Meet Targets: Strive to meet or exceed team and individual set targets on a daily and weekly basis. Relationship building: Develop relationships with clients and with Account Executives to influence the outcome of an open order. Meet/speak with your active contractors in order to develop a strong relationship to influence the contractors once onsite at our clients.</p><p> The requirements for the Technical Recruiter include:</p><p> Technology knowledge Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at client company.
