Reporting to a Division President, the Director of Operations will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to functions such as: Operations, Finance, Sales, Human Resources & Engineering. With responsibility for profit and loss, the successful candidate will work closely with senior customer representatives and drive business performance to achieve growth plans.</p><p> Responsibilities:</p> Manage the facility with a result driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals Empower the teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive and balanced in approach to achieve commitments Plan, lead and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics/goals Integrate manufacturing, materials and maintenance functions ensuring processes result in high-quality throughput Lead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position resulting in reduced turn time and cost Provide leadership and employee development through selection/talent acquisition, performance management, training/development, coaching/mentoring and motivation of management, supervisory and hourly personnel in alignment with the business goals and objectives Recognize and reward employees for their efforts to drive results Develop and implement short and long-range plans for strategic growth<p> Requirements:</p> Bachelor's degree required Proven experience leading change management, driving lean and efficiency initiatives P & L experience preferred<p> Total Compensation:</p> 200,000 - 250,000
