<p>Job Description:</p><p>The HR analyst role to recruit, hire and onboard new employees. We work together to ensure that employees data is updated when it changes as a result of organizational changes, job transfers, promotions and terminations. Anything that could affect an employees record, must be handled and processed by at least one of our HR analysts.</p><p>Responsibilities: Maintaining employee records, submit/process HR transactions which may include employee status changes, bonuses, new hire offers/termination paperwork, leaves of absences, etc.</p><p>Good to Have :</p><p>Customer service, data entry and research skills needed. Familiarity with HRIS systems, word, spreadsheet</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>2 - 3 years experience working in a data intensive environment, preferably in human resources, where data entry, record auditing and report generation are primary functions of your role.Flexible and Highly motivated</p><p>You can communicate effectively - directly and succinctly across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures.You know how to represent a problem to others, and how to work with them effectively to solve problems.You volunteer - for new experiences, learning opportunities and to help others.Proficient in MS OfficeAble to work under minimal supervisionFlexible to work Overtime if neededCollege Degree or Equivalent experience</p><p>Job Type: Contract</p>
