<p>Job Summary</p><p>TheDistrictSalesManageris responsible for driving overallsalesgrowth by coaching, mentoring and managingsalesemployees in theDistrictOffice, including Inside and OutsideSalesRepresentatives andSalesSupport staff.Responsibilities include:Build and maintain strongsalesrelationships with current and prospective customers.Manage performance of thedistrictsalesforce, including analysis and recommendations to improvesalesperformance, including travel awareness, encouraging quote follow up, and interactions that broaden and deepen relationships.Oversee and managedistrictofficesalessupport, including involvement in hiring decisions, as well as overall knowledge/validation of ERP data as tied with business, as well as order management, and vendor invoice/payment management.Awareness of thedistrict's annual budget, monitoring SG&A, challenging team to be cost consciousCultivate relationships betweendistrictsalesoffice and other business units - GEO, Business Development, Corporate, Operations, etc.Responsible for A/R, collections and DSO.Market awareness and entrepreneurial vision within thedistrict, ability and willingness to gather and communicate market information across the company, including fellow DSMs, Management Team, Operations and the rest of theSalesForce.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:</p> EBITA/DC NOI forDistrictOffice Volume in tons A/R and DSO Total GP and GP $/Ton Product mix Stock Inventory Turnover Prebilled Invoices paid<p>Qualifications:</p> Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 3-7 years relatedsalesexperience - construction industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).<p>Ideal Candidates will have the following qualities and characteristics:</p> Proven track record of developing direct reports to achieve highersalesperformance. Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities. Maintains high quality standards. Active listener who is highly responsive to customer needs. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
