Senior Manager, Corporate Development M&A Jobs

<p>Opportunity to Join Talented Finance Team of Strategic Industrial Organization - Strong base pay + generous bonus + equity potential</p><p>Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development, you will actively manage M&A activities including acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, business partnerships and divestitures.</p><p>Key responsibilities will cover a broad range of M&A activities including:</p><p>Deal generation including proactive identification and evaluation of potential acquisition candidates, as well as managing incoming flow of potential acquisition opportunities</p><p>Market research activity</p><p>Strategic fit assessment / evaluation</p><p>Detailed financial analysis including financial forecasting, risk assessment, synergy mapping, valuation and scenario analysis</p><p>Due diligence reviewscoordination of due diligence activities across multiple functional areas including operations, tax, finance/accounting, treasury, HR, legal, insurance</p><p>Transaction execution process management, transaction structuring, review of principal terms and documentation drafting</p><p>Integration planning & implementation</p><p>Developing relationships with external transaction & due diligence advisors</p><p>Interacting with the Corporate Officer Team regarding key M&A initiatives</p><p>Requirements</p><p>Undergraduate degree in finance, engineering or similar technical field; CPA and/or MBA degree preferred</p><p>Strong grasp of fundamental finance and accounting concepts; knowledge of key legal, structuring and tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions</p><p>Proven analytical and project management skills</p><p>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability; good business judgment and instincts</p><p>High ethical standards, personal integrity and attention to compliance risks</p><p>Self-starter, result-oriented, with high level of energy and strong multi-tasking skills</p><p>Strong interpersonal skillsability to quickly establish credibility and trust, and work effectively across multiple functional areas</p><p>Strong written and oral communication skills</p><p>10+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions; corporate development background preferred</p><p></p>
