Director of Human Resources - Restaurant (Quick-Serve) Jobs

<p>Major quick-serve restaurant group is currently seeking a Director of HR to join their team.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p> Run regular reports to support needs of other departments, such as Finance and Management Assist employees and management with questions regarding benefits, policies, and payroll Respond to employment verification and unemployment insurance claims Maintain payroll records and follow governmental regulations, including paid sick leave, ACA etc. Manage workers comp claims, including facilitating communicating between the insurance carrier and operation team, as well as managing claims and correcting safety concerns Evaluate and make recommendations for improvements in workflow and documentation process Hold new hire orientations and manage I-9 documentation and other new hire paperwork Recruit to fill high volume of positions across the stores and the HQ office. Manage new job applicants by reviewing, selecting, and scheduling interviews Prepare new or existing employees to perform in a way that impacts the customer experience and enhance our products Improve educating standards and procedures more effectively and efficiently<p>The ideal candidate must have 5+ years experience in a quick-serve restaurantestablishment</p><p>Salary is up to 150K.</p>
