<p>Manage, analyze and reports cost for capital construction projects that may include installation,modification and upgrades to utility buildings, laboratories, manufacturing facilities andadministrative buildings with potential support on repair and upkeep projects</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Manage, analyze and reports cost for capital construction projects that may include installation, modification and upgrades to utility buildings, laboratories, manufacturing facilities and administrative buildings with potential support on repair and upkeep projects2.Adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations3.Maintain strict financial and administrative control over our clients projects including establishing a work breakdown structure, budget setup and tracking, forecasting, change management, earned value analysis, monitoring of contractor claims and progress, and cash flow analysis and commentary4.Contractor administration and review of contractor costs, reporting, and progress gained in a commercial/industrial building environment5.Set up project cost controls requirements at project initiation/conceptual design phase6.Change Management, including review and analysis of contractor change requests7.Participate in the RFP process including bid analysis and bid reviews8.Review estimates including providing analysis of outside contractor estimates;9.Analyze labor hours and labor rates and forecast based on detailed labor trend analysis and remaining work10.Develop appropriate financial models on project/program progression11.Prepare cash flows12.Analyze project requisitions and commitments13.Analyze risk and prepare risk assessments14.Prepare cost reports, including financial and other key performance indicators / KPIs15.Develop historical cost data for benchmarking purposes16.Vendor invoice review and analysis, including cost coding17.Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with project personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders</p><p>PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree from an accredited institution in construction management, business or engineering discipline.</p><p>EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction in project controls (Cost Control, Scheduling, and Estimating) on high tech, data center/mission critical or industrial facilities is required.</p>
