<p>Growing Middle market investment banking firm based in New York is currently seeking and Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join their team.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications include:</p> 5+ years of Office Management and or Administrative experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment, and to manage multiple projects Bachelors degree preferred The ability to multi-task and handle heavy calendar entries. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and well organized Enthusiastic, self-motivated personality Ability to complete administrative tasks with accuracy and meet required deadlines Ability to adapt to frequent changes, unexpected events and to manage competing demands Ability to quickly learn in-house database and systems applications Reliable attendance and punctuality is critical to successful performance in this role<p></p><p>Please submit your resume in WORD format and include your most recent annual salary.</p><p>*Salary commensurate upon experience</p>
