<p>Chain Account Manager</p><p>Somersworth NH</p><p>We are working with a Major Laundry/Linen company in Somersworth NH. Our client is looking to add to their team immediately. This is a full-time and direct opportunity with Target Compensation $70-$90K + Bonus.</p><p>Account Manager will Identify, target, penetrate, acquire and manage major chain and strategic accounts.</p><p>Cultivate, expand and leverage chain and major account business relationshipsEnsure customer satisfaction and retention by leveraging high-level customer contacts, quarterly business reviews, and other value-added activities.Provides high-level point of contact for major chain businessActs as interdepartmental liaison.Identifies and implements marketing plans and activities, including separation of medical division.</p><p>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p>As the Chain Account Manager, will:</p><p>Develop/manage internal major chain management program, including internal price increase/revenue protection programs</p><p>Work with customers to define and implement value-added programs and activities to protect revenue stream, such as conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with customers</p><p>Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication</p><p>Create/expand high-level points of contact and relationships within major chains/key accounts</p><p>Create preferred provider status, ensuring full chain penetration</p><p>Leverage contacts to gain referrals, new locations, and to better understand and penetrate complex corporate relationships</p><p>Own the contract management process, renew service contracts, defend against competitor intrusions before and after the fact</p><p>Expand product line penetration, actively seeks to increase the products offered and increase the income generated</p><p>As the Chain/Major Account Sales, will:</p><p>In conjunction with sales team, identify and prioritize target accounts by market type, profitability, and other factors</p><p>Implement longer-term strategy to penetrate and acquire</p><p>Analyze/create/implement account acquisition and business management strategies to maximize appeal to targets</p><p>Coordinate marketing efforts tailored to targets</p><p>In Marketing, will:</p><p>Create and implement overall marketing plan and budget for company</p><p>Create and implement medical division branding and identity</p><p>Create and implement hospitality division branding and identity</p><p>Create market-specific web, mail, print, email campaigns, implement to target accounts and markets</p><p>Assist/coordinates various marketing needs with other departments as required</p><p>Allocate resources within framework of marketing plan and strategy, including advertising, phone book listings, subscriptionsCreate, develop, expand strategic partnerships with other companies, leveraging our strengths</p><p>Identify trade associations, networks, and industry groups, and recommend/implement appropriate membership and staff involvement</p><p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p><p>Education and Experience:</p><p>College Degree in related field.</p><p>Strong leadership and communication skills with proven success as a supervisor/manager3-5 years demonstrated experience in Sales2-3 years experience in Marketing</p><p>Other Qualifications and Equipment Utilization:</p><p>High-energy professional with strong decision-making skills</p><p>Ability to communicate at all levelsExcellent negotiating skillsRequires the ability to use the telephone and computerProficient in Microsoft Office with excellent skills in database managementMust have a clear MVR (previous 3 years) and hold a valid drivers license</p>
