<p>Well known Telecommunications corporation in NYC needs:</p><p>Senior Account Manager</p> 3-5 years experience in Telecommunications Account Management <p>Responsibilities:</p> providing service and value to customers and partners by proactively reaching out to account base as well as answering any and all questions from both internal and external customers regarding the customers needs. Provides high quality and responsive account support Assists customers in adding , moving, or changing services Proactively conducts frequent Account Checkups and Invoice Reviews Properly documents activities involving customer accounts in the appropriate systems Learns and adheres to Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures Is responsible for all customer up-sales, account and revenue retention, and renewals Collaborates with partners regarding customers needs and opportunities Introduces customers to the value of new products and services Maintains customer information in all systems Develops and maintains sustainable customer relationships Assists overall team when needed in regard to customer related requests<p>Requirements:</p> Bachelors Degree Required 3-5 years experience in Account Management An understanding of telecommunications and data communications services Aligns with our Core Values: Customer Crazy Intelligent Integrity Fun & Nice: No Cynicism Passionate Committed to continuous growth Team player Self-starter with the ability to work independently Excellent oral & written communication skills; excellent presentation skills Exceptional follow-up skills and diligence Strong problem solving and technical understanding Understanding of business processes Professional and goal oriented Ability to learn and use Salesforce and other company systems<p>IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW!</p><p>Please email your resume in WORD format and current base salary requirements ASAP</p>
