<p>Summary</p><p>The District Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall sales growth by coaching, mentoring and managing sales employees in the District Office, including Inside and Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Support staff.Responsibilities include:Build and maintain strong sales relationships with current and prospective customers.Manage performance of the district sales force, including analysis and recommendations to improve sales performance, including travel awareness, encouraging quote follow up, and interactions that broaden and deepen relationships.Oversee and manage district office sales support, including involvement in hiring decisions, as well as overall knowledge/validation of ERP data as tied with business, as well asordermanagement, and vendor invoice/payment management.Awareness of the district's annual budget, monitoring SG&A, challenging team to be cost consciousCultivate relationships between district sales office and other business units - GEO, Business Development, Corporate, Operations, etc.Responsible for A/R, collections and DSO.Market awareness and entrepreneurial vision within the district, ability and willingness to gather and communicate market information across the company, including fellow DSMs, Management Team, Operations and the rest of the Sales Force.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:</p> EBITA/DC NOI for District Office Volume in tons A/R and DSO Total GP and GP $/Ton Product mix Stock Inventory Turnover Prebilled Invoices paid Qualifications:<p></p> Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 3-7 years related sales experience - construction industry preferred.
