We are looking for a sales consultant that is interested in learning the ins and outs of water treatment and helping our valued customers solve the water problems in their homes and businesses. We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving customers in PA, WV, NY, DE & MD for over 40 years! We are the nations leading dealer for Kinetico Water Treatment Systems. Our strong faith values guide our business decisions and our interactions with our valued employees and customers.</p><p></p><p>What Does a Water Treatment Consultant Do?</p> Completes a 6 month training period to become an expert on water treatment Represents Martins Water Conditioning in the Frederick, MD Market Meets with home owners to test water and assess water problems Evaluates existing equipment & water treatment systems Services all brands of water treatment equipment Advises on the best water treatment system to meet the needs of the home or business owner Works leads that are generated by Martin Water Conditioning and scheduled by our office team Cold calls business/commercial accounts Coordinates with the service manager to do some trouble shooting and repair of water treatment systems Works a mix of daytime and evening hours not more than 3 evenings per week.<p></p><p>Our Ideal Water Treatment Consultant Has</p> Problem Solving Skills:Enjoys diagnosing problem and developing solutions Love for People:Able to build relationships with customers and has a desire to serve them. Honesty & Integrity: Quickly earns the trust and confidence of our customers and help us continue our reputation of excellence as an industry leader. Desire to Learn:We provide a six month, in-depth training period at our Lancaster & Lebanon County locations. We are sensitive towards personal and family commitment and can be flexible with the training schedule as needed. Ongoing training is provided and a very important of the job. Drive:Able to work independently and maintain motivation with the support of a remote team. Sales:Consultative approach and able to close sales based on education and relationship rather than high pressure strategies. Clean Driving Record:You will be operating a company vehicle, so a clean driving record is required.
