The Operations Representative performs transactions in compliance with regulatory and bank policies and procedures, and in adherence to bank security policies and confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Performs a wide variety of operational tasks for minor to complex processes or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational or other areas and customers.</p><p>Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:</p><p>Receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources asneeded, entering transactions, verifying accuracy, preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documentsAccurate completion of assigned data entry to various bank systems for the completion of the job functionOrganizes and completes work accurately and in accordance with established measures/deadlines and assigned goalsProvides excellent customer service to internal and external clientsIdentifies and resolves issues within assignedscopeAttends andparticipates in meetings as requiredPerforms all other job duties as assigned by manager</p><p></p><p>The successful candidate will possess the following:</p> High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of back office operations or related experience Banking/mortgage loan/ business loan experience preferred Proficient with MS Office Suite Possess good human relations, communications, and business writing skills Possess effective time management and organizational skills High level of cooperation with others and responsive to the Bank's needs High level of accuracy and great attention to detail Exhibit high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and having access to sensitive information Demonstrate excellent customer service skills Able to comprehend and interpret Bank policies and procedures CRA/HMDA reporting experience<p></p><p></p>
