<p>Job Title- Administrative Services Supervisor</p><p>Location - Herndon, VA-20171</p><p>Duration - 12+ Months</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p> Data analysis & spreadsheet management skills</p><p> Experience working in a project-oriented environment</p><p> Familiarity with the automotive retail industry and knowledge of the collision industry preferred</p><p> Highly detailed with superior attention to quality of work</p><p> Must possess a strong customer orientation</p><p> Must be highly organized and able to manage a multi-faceted action plan</p><p> Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and web-based applications</p><p> Able to construct PowerPoint files and deliver high-impact presentations</p><p> Superior written and verbal business communication skills</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Dedicated program administrator for the Audi Authorized Collision Repair Facility Program. The primary focus will be to oversee the administration</p><p>of the program in accordance with the processes that have already been established by Audi. A secondary focus will be to update the program administration functions to</p><p>better respond to the planned growth of the program, as well as analytics of large amounts of data, combined from various sources. The daily direction and supervision will</p><p>come from both the onsite Audi program director as well as the program manager. Line reporting will be to the Audi program director.</p><p>Primary responsibilities:</p><p> Learn the role of the current program manager and director and establish a transition of duties to the program administrator .</p><p> Administer the process of authorizing independent and dealer repair facilities to become Authorized Repair Centers under the program .</p><p> Serve as the primary interface for Collision Centers going through the authorization process .</p><p> Hold collision centers accountable for meeting milestones and deadlines in the process .</p><p> Coordinate the roles of other 3rd party suppliers as they pertain to the certification and training process .</p><p> Maintain the portfolio of materials and tools necessary to support the program .</p><p> Update materials and tools as needed to support the evolution of the program .</p><p> Identify opportunities to improve and enhance the program and lead the activities for implementation.</p><p> Produce tracking and status reports for distribution to the program stakeholders.</p><p> Serve as the central contact for OEM, dealers and Authorized Repair Centers concerning the program.</p><p> Operate as a program liaison between Authorized Repair Centers, 3rd party suppliers, Audi After Sales personnel, and the Audi Program Director.</p><p> ADDITIONAL INFO: Position requires some overnight travel.
