<p>Major Firm is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to company executives. This position requires high-energy, detail-oriented professionals with strong multi-tasking, written and oral communication, and organizational skills.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities include, but not limited to:</p><p></p> Extensive Phone, messages, email, mail, communication. Exceptional customer service. Scheduling and organize meetings and day-to-day calendar events. Manage incoming calls and email correspondence. Establish and maintain business records. Maintain contact information. Maintains calendars. Handling confidential information. Take initiative to increase knowledge of the firm and how it operates. Support all corporate Policies and Procedures. Work independently on specific projects as assigned.<p></p><p>The ideal candidates should have a Minimum three years of administrative support experience.
