<p>We currently have a full time permanent position for a Marketing Communications Coordinator in Fresno, CA.Salary 60K-65K.</p><p>Looking for someone with a Bachelors' Degree and experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign graphic design experience.The Marketing Communications Coordinator specifically supports and assists the Marketing Director in day to day activities while working on other department projects. To be successful, you possess a strong degree of organization, prioritization skills and an ability to understand our business, our vision and goals, and our organizational culture. As a member of the marketing team, you agree to be a strong communicator, highly organized, able to handle multiple and competing priorities while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.The Marketing Coordinator will function in a B2B product and brand management function, to support the Marketing Department in the following areas:Manage all external marketing campaigns (email distributions, web updates, direct mail, etc.)Execution and implementation of strategic external marketing and communications plansMaintain marketing content and calendars; oversee omni-channel marketing platformsStrong understanding and command of acquisition and retention initiatives, online/social media, direct marketing, public relations, community involvement, advertising and brand management.Interact directly with product line managers, R&D, agricultural operations and support staff to identify new marketing opportunities; respond to needs of the sales organizationTrack marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing activitiesSupport public relations through researching, writing, and editing press releasesAlign brand positioning, value propositions, messaging and creative strategy by understanding and refining senior leaderships goals and objectivesMaintain the master brand image, identity and communication style as a whole while understanding how to position it to communicate effectivelyAbility to push boundaries, try new and innovative ways of thinking about and doing things, grow new businesses within the companyCoordinate logistical details for exhibitions and other events; organize resources, materials, and samples when applicableEvaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectivesCome to the table with ideas for the most effective messages and strategies for the marketplace. Identify research opportunities and key metricsParticipate in strategic discussions and provide creative solutionsCoordinate and manage agency supportPlan and oversee on-site event logistics; organize resources and materials, attend events, perform setup/break down, act as brand point of contact during eventsKeep abreast of the latest trends and emerging technologies with regards to B2B ecommerce, SEO, analytics, mobile and social</p><p></p><p>REQUIRED SKILLSAll applicants must meet the following criteria for consideration:4-year degree in marketing, business or related field;5-7 years relevant experienceProficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesignSocial medial management and digital graphic design experienceHighly detail-oriented, organized and analyticalProject Management Experience planning and implementing projects that support the marketing functionInterpersonal skills Work well with others, communicate effectively with those around youExcellent oral and written communication skillsPlanning/Organizing Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently while working in a fast paced environmentAbility Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and organizationsProficiency with: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookAbility to confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines</p>
