We currently have a full time permanent position for an Internal Strategy & Operations Consultant in Rolling Meadows, IL.</p><p>If interested, please email an updated resume.</p><p></p><p>INTERNAL CONSULTANT: STRATEGY & OPERATIONS Rolling Meadows, IL</p><p>As an integral member of the Internal Consulting team within this diversified financial insurance services firm, the incumbent will execute strategic transformation projects on a domestic & global scale, with a focus on operational efficiency & process improvement. Interaction & engagement with Executive leadership at the highest levels of the organization will occur on a daily basis.</p><p>NOTE: flexibility to work from home in a virtual capacity a few days per week will be provided.</p><p></p><p>OVERVIEW:</p><p>Generate process improvement hypotheses & execute analysis initiatives for major projects</p><p>Assist in developing business cases, requirements, & performance metrics</p><p>Determine comprehensive requirements & document as-is processes & information flows</p><p>Develop to-be process flows & process change diagrams to identify needed organizational & workflow changes</p><p>Create detailed action plans, including; time frame(s), sequence of events, etc. to be executed by team members, consultants & contractors</p><p>Address critical business issues - organizational effectiveness, growth strategy, management reporting, & overall performance improvement</p><p>Exercise problem solving skills, compose & present actionable recommendations, & work with management & team members to implement solutions</p><p></p><p>PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:</p><p>Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree a plus</p><p>1 to 2+ years of experience; quantitative/financial analysis, strategy, process improvement, etc.</p><p>Skilled at gathering, synthesizing & analyzing data & deriving logical conclusions</p><p>Experience in operations improvement, process management, strategy development or organizational effectiveness also a plus</p><p></p><p>PROFESSIONAL TRAITS:</p><p>Ability to think strategically, identify & solve business problems</p><p>Capable in developing collaborative working relationships</p><p></p>
