<p>Marketing Director</p><p>Why you want this position</p><p>We are helping change the way healthcare organizations do business. Their continual search to reduce costs and their increasing acceptability to do business electronically and even outsource has PIA well positioned. Now we need to get the word out and generate more leads. Looking for a digital dynamo who likes to very hands on doing the day to day work of marketing. Like most startups, we run in many directions at once.</p><p>The Marketing Director supports the VP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Strategic Relationships, and others by planning, coordinating, planning, and implementing marketing strategies and activities to meet established business development goals. Ability to stay organized and focused amidst young company chaos would be a plus.</p><p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p> A college degree in business marketing or advertising, or equivalent related knowledge required. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and handle tight deadlines. Ability to be meticulous and thorough with every task detailfrom planning, to designing, to implementingrequired. Salesforce experience required. Knowledge of web-based programs such as, LinkedIn, and design software, such as Photoshop, Acrobat, and/or Illustrator is a plus. Superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to share knowledge, data, and techniques in a team environment required. The ability to interact professionally with diverse internal and external groups required. Ability to be flexible to quickly adjust from one task to another as work timelines and business needs demand is required. Ability to project manage many projects in different cycles is required.<p>Responsibilities</p><p>MARKETING STRATEGYAND EXECUTION</p> Identifyongoingstaffing andoutsourced servicerequirements to achieve the goals of the department. Exploration of marketing automationsoftwaresolutions to improve the lead generating capabilities of the organization.<p>MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS</p> Responsible for the development ofour corporate marketing collateral includingBrochures, Direct Mailers, e-Newsletter,case studies, etc. Workwith printers, consultants, and freelance designers, to create and print materials. Responsible for thepositivepromotion of our company via Press Releases and Social Media, including Twitter, Facebook, our Blog, LinkedIn, etc. Develop and maintain our email marketing programs. Communicatewith outside marketing/public relations firm to schedule meetings and coordinate activities associated with on-going marketing campaigns. Develop direct mail pieces andprint and digitaladvertisements. Maintain the content on our website, and monitor the effectiveness of our SEO via Google Analytics and other methods. Spearhead specific product or principal Adwords campaigns where appropriate. Maintainan accurate database of sales contacts/leads and contact information using Salesforce. Enforcedata entry conventions and best practices,lognew contacts and information, providing detailed notes and sales contact status updates. Coordinatetrade show efforts as required including booth selection, design,booth setup, show scheduling,etc. Maintain an annual trade show calendar and budget. Create post-show ROIs based on leads generated and ultimately sales achieved. Recommend, negotiate with and manage marketing vendors needed to fill key areas Manage Sales and Marketing analytics.<p>INTERDEPARTMENTAL COMMUNICATIONS</p> Forge close working relationship with our Salesteam to meet theirspecific needs Forge close working relationships with our Analyst team to assist with specific medical images in our marketing. Work closely with allcompany personnel to support theperformance of the organization. Provide support where required for other internal departments. Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communicationand organizational skills, as they will be responsible for interacting withcolleaguesandExecutive Management daily. The ability to work in a team environment, prioritize work assignments and act independentlyare all requirements of this position.
