CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ACTUAL HANDS ON EXPERIENCEThere are two choices for FIRST SHIFT6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESMUST HAVE - FINGER DEXTERITYThe Advanced Manufacturing Operator is responsible for performing any of the CR9 pool positions.Must be able to use miscellaneous equipment and work from miscellaneous verbal and written instructions.Essential FunctionsThe Advanced Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for assembly of printed wire assembly (PWA) boards, subassemblies, application of labels and operation of testing equipment.Participate in and support process improvement projects and initiatives as required.Required Education and skillsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to understand verbal and written directions, bills of materials, assembly instructions, assembly drawings and associated written materialsAbility and willingness to learn basic PC skillsPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift 40 lbsMust be able to distinguish colorsEHSTake responsibility for keeping work area free of hazards. Adhere to all established safe work practicesTraining RequirementsThe CR09 Advanced Manufacturing Operator job classification is a pool position meaning it involves numerous possible work assignments, the quality system training requirements for which vary as follows:Assembly IPC Level 3Post-Assembly IPC Level 2Materials IPC Level 1The candidate selected will be expected to successfully complete the training required for their assignment</p>
