Business is booming and we're hiring Bilingual Account Coordinators to onboard and manage several new accounts. These are fantastic opportunities for people who thrive on being the "go to person" for providing resources, delivering solutions, removing obstacles and making things happen!We're currently visiting with individuals who excel in business to business client service and are fluent in English and Spanish.Ifyou're a high energy,enthusiastic client service professional, we want to talk with you!</p><p>In the Bilingual Account Coordinator role you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with your assigned clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction. You will work as the liaison between your clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our staffing solutions according to the needs of our clients.</p><p>As a Bilingual Account Coordinator you will:</p> Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to your clients Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your clients Set up new accounts andoversee smooth onboarding Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our staffing solutions according to client needs and objectives Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish Forecast and track key account metrics Generate monthly and ad hoc reports for your clients in English and Spanish Collaborate with sales team to ensure ongoing business development Function as a backup for other roles on your team<p>To be successful in the Bilingual Account Coordinator role you need:</p> Proven business to business customer service, account management or other directly related experience Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively in both in English and Spanish Expertise in delivering client-focused solutions based on the needs of the client Proven ability to manage multiple projectsall the same timewhile paying strict attention to detail Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent English and Spanish language skills Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Timely and accurate keyboarding skills BA/BS degree is a plus High School Diploma or GED is required<p>We provide competitive compensation as well as a robust benefits package.Opportunities to learn and grow within our organization are always available!
