<p>Major Construction Firm is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to be responsible for overseeing their growing HR department.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p> Responsible for the onboarding process, including conducting new-hire orientations and accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and E-Verify for Corporate Human Resources Responsible for employee relations; handles employee relations counseling, provides advice, counsel and guidance on personnel issues Communicate, Implement and insure adherence to company policies and procedures to comply with Federal and State legislation Administer the employee New Hire Enrollment and Open Enrollment processes in Ultipro Conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed, assess risk and determines appropriate course of action Handle supervisor requests and employee issues responsively with discretion and sensitivity Assists T&D Manager in planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors Responsible for reviewing 90-day new hire follow-up and exit interviews Works closely with management to design, implement and execute strategies to recruit talent. Responsible for the management of the recruitment process for all positions<p>REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Bachelors degree in related field.Three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources/EEO compliance experience.</p><p>Salary is up to 70K</p>
