<p>Position: HR Sr Professional Compensation</p><p>Location:New York, NY</p><p>The HR Sr Professional Compensation role is for an independent contributor with strong knowledge and experience in Firmwide / Corporate Compensation analysis and market pricing. There are three primary dimensions in this role but will involve mostly significant testing of new compensation tool Peoplefluent.1.Project Management: - Ad Hoc Firmwide or LOB specific compensation projects as needed. Will be onvovled in significant testing of new comp planning tool - Peoplefluent2.Compensation Analytics: Analysis, reporting, reconciliations, summary and recommendations for individuals and compensation programs eg.salary structures, bonus programs, and salary increase modeling3. Market Pricing Process: Owns the coordination of the compensation survey process and tools globally. This includes managing the data submission process, survey results, the competitive analysis reporting process, market pricing tool configuration and data / reporting accuracy from the market pricing tool.Required Function 2:1. Market Pricing Tool - Responsible for testing and reconciliation of new market pricing system and reconciling issues prior to implementation1. This includes bonus programs, salary structures, merit increase programs, promotion programs- Assist in LOB market pricing analysis as needed2.Compensation Analytics - Analyze data leveraging multiple sources of information such as compensation benchmark surveys, budgets, anecdotal information, and industry best practices, to inform compensation decisions for individuals and BBH compensation programs both during year end process and throughout the comp cycle.
