<p>We are looking for Business Development Manager (Hunter role) with leadership qualities to bring in new business and new logos for the company to expand/grow our practice within our Technology business. Ideal candidate will be someone who comes from a sales/ inside sales background from a technology/staffing arena and understands the industry landscape well. Recruitment industry experience is must along with a passion for sales, business development, account management and consulting.</p><p>JOB DETAILS</p><p>Job Title:Business Development ManagerCompany:Diligente TechnologiesThe role of theBusiness Development Managerwill be to hunt and close new business opportunities offering IT staffing solutions to a variety of industries.The Business Development Manager will be held accountable for personal productivity while contributing to the overall success of Diligente Technologies. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs. You’ll be supported by an experienced staff of recruiters who pro-actively recruit talent for the business that is generated through your sales activity. You will be guided by senior company managers/leaders and adequately supported by the tools/technologies.Requirements:1. The qualified candidate will be doing direct sales in the IT Staffing industry including prospecting, cold calling, generating leads and client presentations within a professional business to business sales organization.2. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, in order to maintain a level of activity which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments and generating revenue.3. Must possess a strong sense of customer service.4. Aggressive, results- oriented professional with good communication skills.5. Responsibility for day-to-day management of client accounts and ability to negotiate contracts and close the deal.6. Must have experience in Account Management and Business Development7. A reliable form of transportation as this position requires 60% travel.*This is a M-F, 8:30-5:30 position.</p>
