<p>Job Description:</p> Greet visitors and guests in a professional manner. Answers and routes incoming phone calls for 10+ lines. Manage all corporate directories for additions/deletions. Oversee all security procedures (including badge disbursement) with facility management. Label and send out all interoffice mail via bulk mail & UPS.mail.<p>Requirements:</p> The position requires 2 years related office experience. Good verbal and written communication and phone skills are required, including a professional phone manner. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and an ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels is required. The ability to meet deadlines and retain a calm and personable demeanor while handling a busy switchboard with constant interruptions is essential.<p>Job Type: Contract</p>
