<p>Position: Dispatcher</p><p>Location: Denton TX 76207</p><p>Duration: 3-6 months contract to Hire</p><p></p><p></p><p>Rotation Details 6X3 12 hour day shifts - Rotate day and night shifts 6:00am-6:00pm one week and 6:00pm-6:00am the next week.</p><p></p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>Dispatcher Level 1: Organize and dispatch appropriate personnel, equipment and materials to service locations to meet client and company requirements in a safe and professional manner. Comply with all governmental regulations, industry standards and observes all health, safety and environmental policies to reduce environmental impacts.</p><p></p><p>Dispatcher Level 2:Organize and dispatch appropriate personnel, equipment and materials to service locations to meet client and company requirements in a safe and professional manner. Comply with all governmental regulations, industry standards and observes all health, safety and environmental policies to reduce environmental impacts.</p><p></p><p>Essential Responsibilities and Duties:</p><p>Dispatcher Level 1: Receive and accurately document job requests from clients and company personnel in order to obtain necessary information to organize a service job Maintain professional telecommunications between all company personnel so that timely responses can be made to all requests Organize and dispatch personnel, equipment, and materials Select company resources to meet client requests according to company quality and operational guidelines Maintain, record, and prepare reports that meet all company, client, and government regulations such as job packets, DOT, lobos, fuel tax, material inventory, and time sheets Minimize service incidents that arise from inexperience Assist personnel with completion of company SCDP modules and provide positive support for career development programs Complete technical modules required to maintain operating efficiency and qualify for promotion Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs in the district Successfully complete required safety training (including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting, Insecurity, hazardous materials, driving)</p><p></p><p>Dispatcher Level 2: Obtain all pertinent information from customers accurately to provide a complete job packet for our field and support staff Work closely with FSMs on job planning and organizes equipment and personnel to meet the job requirements Communicate well with bulk plant operator on upcoming jobs and chemical needs Prepare well master and quotation creation, job assignment and ensures details are logged accurately and neatly Track all equipment and personnel and knows where they are at all times Build and maintain excellent customer service reputation with our customers and field staff Create purchase orders for third party costs Train and mentor all logistics dispatchers in logistics operations Track customer complaints and inform logistics manager Track all convoys, single or group, and maintains tracking sheet for them Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs in the district Successfully complete required safety training (including but not limited to drugs and alcohol, electrical, emergency response, fire, first aid, health and hygiene, PPE, SIPP, risk reporting, IT security, hazardous materials, driving)SLB Personnel may be assigned other duties in addition to or in lieu of those described above, and any duties are subject to change at any time according to the needs of the company.</p><p></p><p>Education Requirements:</p><p>Dispatcher Level 1:Education: Minimum high school or equivalency Experience: Previous oil field dispatching experience or previous experience in an operating job capacity with company preferred.</p><p>Dispatcher Level 2:Education: Minimum high school or equivalency Experience: 1 - 3 years previous oil field dispatching experience</p><p></p><p></p>
