Reporting to a Vice President of Human Resources, this position will be responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of employees, emerging leaders and executives.Responsibilities:</p> Work with functional and business HR partners to ensure robust succession plans are in place for the Top 100+ leadership roles. Develop and build a network of leadership consultants, partners and coaches in the areas we conduct business to support talent development efforts. In conjunction with leadership and functional teams ensure there is an effective, full life-cycle recruitment process in place to support business needs, including but not limited to sourcing strategies, marketing & advertising, research, recruitment, selection, offers, orientation and on boarding. Responsible for the creation, implementation and ongoing enhancement of various Leadership Development Programs. Plan, develop and provide training and talent development programs using knowledge of the various methods, such as classroom training, demonstrations, on the job training, meetings, conferences, workshops, e-learning, mentoring and coaching. Assess and create or refine as needed, processes and strategic programs to map business needs in the areas of performance management, learning & development, career building, leadership and succession planning. Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to the development of a learning strategy, organizational design and change management programs, tools and education. Work with HR business partners to ensure development plans are in place for key leadership and support the facilitation of Talent Review meetings. Design and implementation of a plan to improve diversity in the leadership pipeline. Identify opportunities to develop fully integrated OD solutions that blend organizational effectiveness, talent development, change management and learning to drive significant improvements in performance, productivity and climate.<p>Requirements:</p> Bachelor's degree, preferable in Organization Development, Talent Development or Human Resources. MBA or related masters degree is desirable. Preferred 10+ years of Human Resources work-related experience. Preferred 5+ years' experience in a management/leadership role. Experience working with organizational development for operations in a large organization and/or functional business unit.<p>Total Compensation:</p> 140,000 - 180,000<p></p>
